The initial visit from Dale for the estimate was prompt and professional . He assessed all aspects of the Air conditioner  replacements . His estimate was delivered when he said it would be and the arrangements for the work occurred quickly. The time had come to replace our Air conditioners  and we called a few companies on island and we found Eco Smart and Dale to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful answering questions in regards to different seer ratings and differences between all brands of A/C equipment .

We chose to go with the Trane 20 Seer inverter system which has a amazing warranty 10 year parts & labor with a 12 year compressor warranty .. Best warranty on island Our  indoor  environment is now comfortable and the temperature is consistent and even  through  out our home . Just as Dale promised it would be!

My experience could not have been better. Even after the installation, Dale has been available for questions, and on-site for system adjustments. Eco Smart went out of there way to ensure the job was done right and we were happy  Would not hesitate recommending Dale and Eco Smart to anyone wanting a professional A/C company in the Cayman islands  island .
