We were in the market for a new air conditioning system so we did our homework and got three quotes. We were very impressed with Dale and Eco Smart right from our initial meeting. He did a thorough review of our home and made some great suggestions, including recommending a ductless system for our Guest suite upstairs. Dale also noted that our electrical would need upgrading – he had his electrician stop by the next day to check it out so that he could give us an accurate quote. We really felt that Dale knew what he was doing and that he put together the best Cooling plan for our home. The electrical work and the Trane A/C installation took place right on schedule. I was very impressed with Dale’s installation team . They were fast and efficient and best of all, cleaned up after themselves. The new Trane A/C system for our house is working amazing and we were pleasantly surprised how quiet the units are. After having an old Lennox unit that was constantly breaking down and having Freon leaks due to the poor coils for many years, we are actually looking forward to having a consistently cool reliable air conditioner for our house for a change! We definitely recommend Dale and Eco Smart by far the best service in Cayman
