Ecosmart was new to the island and I gave them a try with a service call at my home. Dale and Tiger responded immediately and that afternoon & cleaned and charged my A/C units and didn’t try to upsell me new coils, or new units…even though my system was 11 years old and needed to be replaced.They allowed me to watch and ask questions without a second thought, giving & information I could use and understand. I then had both my AC systems replace and haven’t looked back.
